Are your prints high quality?
Yes, all prints are produced by trusted print partners through Printify using premium papers and long-lasting inks.

Do prints look exactly like the photos online?
Colours may vary slightly due to screen differences and printing variations, but I work hard to ensure product photos match the final print closely.

Do prints come framed?
Prints are unframed unless stated. This keeps shipping affordable and lets you choose your own frame.

Do you sell original artwork?
Yes — original artwork is hand-created by me and clearly labelled as unique, one-of-a-kind pieces.

Orders & Processing

How long does it take to process my order?

Prints: 2–5 business days (made to order)
Original artwork: 3–7 business days (hand-packed with care)

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact me as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once production has started or the item has shipped.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times:

UK: Prints 2–7 days, originals 1–5
US/Canada: Prints 5–15, originals 7–14
Europe: Prints 3–10, originals 3–10
International: Prints 7–20, originals 10–25

Do prints and original artwork ship separately?
Yes. Prints ship from my print provider; originals ship directly from me. You may receive multiple packages.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Worldwide shipping is available. Import taxes may apply outside the UK.

How much is shipping?
Calculated at checkout based on product type and destination.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?
I only accept returns or replacements for damaged, defective, or misprinted items.

Do you accept returns for buyer’s remorse?
No — prints are made to order and originals are one-of-a-kind, so I cannot accept returns for change of mind or ordering the wrong item.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email me with photos:

Within 30 days for prints
Within 7 days for original artwork
I will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Who fulfils the prints?
All prints are produced through Printify using professional print partners.

Why do prints ship from different locations?

Print providers are based worldwide. Your order is automatically assigned to a provider closest to you for faster delivery.

Original Artwork

How are originals packaged?
With protective materials and secure wrapping to ensure safe arrival.

What if the original artwork I wanted is sold out?
Originals are one-of-a-kind. Once sold, they cannot be reproduced — but you may contact me about similar ideas.
