This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed and delivered.

 

  1. Processing Times

Prints (Print-on-Demand)

All prints are made to order using professional print partners.

Processing time:
2–5 business days for production before shipping
(This may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.)


Original Artwork

Original artwork is packaged and shipped directly by me.

Processing time:
3–7 business days
This allows time for careful wrapping, protection, and courier arrangements.


2. Shipping Times

Delivery times depend on your location and the print provider closest to you.

United Kingdom

  • Prints: 2–7 business days after production
  • Original artwork: 1–5 business days

United States & Canada

  • Prints: 5–15 business days
  • Original artwork: 7–14 business days

Europe

  • Prints: 3–10 business days
  • Original artwork: 3–10 business days

Australia & International

  • Prints: 7–20 business days
  • Original artwork: 10–25 business days

These are estimates. Actual times may vary based on the print provider, customs, and carrier delays.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the type of item ordered.

  • Prints may have different shipping rates depending on which print provider fulfils the order.
  • Original artwork shipping costs are based on size, weight, packaging, and courier service.


4. Split Shipments

If your order includes a mix of prints and original artwork, they will arrive separately because:

  • Prints ship directly from the print partner
  • Originals ship directly from me

You will receive separate tracking numbers where applicable.


5. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

For international orders outside the UK:

  • Customs fees, taxes, or import charges are the customer’s responsibility
  • I cannot control or predict these costs

Please check with your local customs office for guidance.


6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly.

Georgia Jarvis Art is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers
  • Items delivered to incorrect addresses entered at checkout
  • Unclaimed packages

If a package is returned due to an address error, reshipping fees may apply.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

Prints

If your print arrives damaged or tracking shows it lost:

  • Email me within 30 days
  • Include photos and your order number
    I will arrange a replacement through my print provider.


Original Artwork

If an original arrives damaged:

  • Email me within 7 days
  • Include photos of the artwork and packaging
    A solution will be arranged depending on the situation.
