Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping at Georgia Jarvis Art.
All of my prints are produced using high-quality print-on-demand partners, and all original artworks are created, packaged, and shipped personally.

Damaged, Misprinted, or Faulty Items (Prints)

If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or with any manufacturing issue:

✔️ I will replace it or refund it free of charge
✔️ All claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

What to do:

  1. Email: georgiajarvisart@gmail.com
  2. Include:
    • Your name
    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the item and packaging

I will then open a claim with my print provider (via Printify) and process a replacement or refund for you as quickly as possible.


Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong design, size, or item type:

✔️ I will arrange a replacement or refund
✔️ You must report the issue within 30 days of delivery

Follow the same steps as above.


Returns for Buyer’s Remorse

Because all prints are made to order, I do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Changing your mind
  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Not liking the colours or style in person
  • Purchasing the wrong product by accident

Please make sure you carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, and images before ordering.


Original Artwork — Returns & Refunds

Original pieces are unique, one-of-a-kind items created by hand.
For this reason:

No returns or refunds are accepted for original artwork unless the item arrives damaged in transit.

If damage occurs:
✔️ Contact me within 7 days of delivery
✔️ Include photos of the artwork and packaging
✔️ I will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis


Lost Packages

If your order appears lost in transit:

  • I will contact the shipping provider
  • If confirmed lost, a replacement (for prints)


Returning Items

In the rare case that an item must be returned:

  • I will provide the correct return address
  • Items must be returned in their original condition
  • Return shipping may be at the customer’s cost unless the item is defective
